A delicious bread with avocado, fried egg and tomatoes. Enriched with Cholula® Hot Sauce.
Recipe for 2 portions
2 tsp. olive oil
2 slices bread, toasted
4 tbsp. tomatoes, diced and seasoned
Cholula® Hot Sauce, any flavour works great
Cut avocado in half. Remove pit.
Dice entire avocado flesh and mash to desired texture.
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oil. Once it shimmers, crack eggs into pan and cook.

Spread avocado over both toast and top each with a fried egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with diced tomatoes.
