Avocado Toast
A delicious bread with avocado, fried egg and tomatoes. Enriched with Cholula® Hot Sauce.
Recipe for 2 portions
What’s needed
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 slices bread, toasted
- 4 tbsp. tomatoes, diced and seasoned
- Cholula® Hot Sauce, any flavour works great
Preparation
- Cut avocado in half. Remove pit.
- Dice entire avocado flesh and mash to desired texture.
- Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oil. Once it shimmers, crack eggs into pan and cook.

- Spread avocado over both toast and top each with a fried egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
- Finish by uncapping real flavour with a few dashes of Cholula® Hot Sauce. You pick your favourite!
