Cheese-Sandwich

A quick breakfast or as a snack in between. Enriched with Cholula® Original Hot Sauce.

Recipe for 2 portions

What’s needed
  • 4 slices fresh baked bread (Toast, Baguette or similar)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 120g Cheddar, grated
  • Cholula® Original Hot Sauce, desired amount

Preparation

  1. Generously butter each slice of bread on one side.
  2. Place two slices, buttered side down, onto a preheated skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add grated cheese to bread.
  4. Sprinkle desired amount of Cholula® Original on top of the cheese.
  5. Top with remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, and flip sandwiches.
  6. Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
  7. Tip: Serve with extra Cholula® Original for dipping.
