Cheese-Sandwich
A quick breakfast or as a snack in between. Enriched with Cholula® Original Hot Sauce.
Recipe for 2 portions
What’s needed
- 4 slices fresh baked bread (Toast, Baguette or similar)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 120g Cheddar, grated
- Cholula® Original Hot Sauce, desired amount
Preparation
- Generously butter each slice of bread on one side.

Place two slices, buttered side down, onto a preheated skillet over medium heat.
- Add grated cheese to bread.
- Sprinkle desired amount of Cholula® Original on top of the cheese.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, and flip sandwiches.
- Grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
- Tip: Serve with extra Cholula® Original for dipping.
