
Guacomole
A typical Mexican guacomole with tomatoes, flavoured with Cholula® Hot Sauce.
Recipe for 4 portions
What’s needed
- 2 avocados
- 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp. Cholula® Chili Lime Hot Sauce
- 1 splash lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut the avocados to half, remove the pit and smash the flesh in a bowl until desired consistency.
- Cut tomato and onion in small pieces and add to the avocado.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Tip: The guacomole can be refined with cream fraiche as desired. Mujajoes love it with chilis for extra heat.
